This returns & exchange offer applies to full-priced items only and does not include discounted/sale items or all items included in promotions.
Any promotion that includes a full priced board(s) will still be covered by the manufacturers warranty agreement. (Board only)
We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes it’s difficult to choose the right product online and its ok to change your mind or correct your order to the product you now wish to purchase.
Please notify us at email@example.com of your request within 5 business days of the delivery for your exchange to be confirmed and validated.
If you wish to exchange your board, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging and all postage costs will need to be paid by the consumer.
All exchanges will be of the equal value of the original product and only if your product is of a higher cost you will then have to pay the difference.
If we cannot exchange your product with the product you are after you will then be given a credit to the value of the original purchase price with Leboogie.com online store.
Please supply a copy of the original invoice with the product you are returning.
All exchanges exclude postage costs.
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
If you wish to exchange an item where the incorrect size was chosen please contact through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Postage will be the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned unused, unworn and in original condition with tags ect still attached and in original position. The best way to exchange an item is, after contacting leboogie.com and receiving confirmation from us, simply buy 2 Australia Post Bags and address one bag to Leboogie.com, 3/24 Dover Drive, Burleigh, QLD 4220 Self address the other bag and place it inside along with your item for exchange.
Please choose carefully as no refund will be given if you simply change your mind. A refund is only given due to a manufacturer’s fault covered by the warranty. If we determine that a product is faulty we will refund to you any reasonable postage costs you have incurred in returning the item. In this situation, if you are sent a replacement product, we will absorb the cost for sending this item.
If a board has been damaged through the delivery process, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain original packaging and the original proof of purchase must always be provided with all returns.
Please choose carefully as no refund will be given if you simply change your mind. A refund will only be given if the item is deemed to be faulty. In this instance please notify leboogie.com immediately through email. The item must then be returned within 7 business days. Leboogie.com will offer a replacement where available. If there is no available item then a full refund will be given.
